What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to site leaders to influence decisions on organizational effectiveness and workforce capability.
• Align people strategy with operational execution to support delivery reliability, growth, and margin performance.
• Lead organizational design and workforce planning to support manufacturing excellence and project execution.
• Build and sustain robust succession and talent pipelines for critical leadership and technical roles.
• Manage complex employee and labor relations in compliance with Northern Ireland employment law.
• Partner with regional and global HR teams to deliver consistent solutions within a shared-services model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Chartered MCIPD (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing or operational environment.
• Strong, practical knowledge of Northern Ireland employment and labor law.
• Demonstrated ability to influence VP-level stakeholders and navigate complex business environments.
