TL;DR
Senior Product Manager, Onboarding and Activation (B2B SaaS): Designing and building onboarding experiences and activation systems to ensure law firms realize value within the first 120 days with an accent on user journeys and internal tooling. Focus on reducing time-to-value, optimizing activation funnels, and building robust tools for onboarding and migration teams.
Location: Remote applicants across the U.S. and Canada (excluding Quebec). Local candidates in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto are expected in-office minimum two days per week.
Salary: $137,500 – $186,100 CAD

What you will do
- Own the full 120-day customer journey from initial setup to sustained usage across the entire multi-product platform.
- Define activation metrics and implement instrumentation for cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and time-to-first-value.
- Develop and optimize internal tools for Onboarding Specialists and Data Migration teams to reduce manual friction.
- Design in-product guidance, including checklists, contextual tooltips, and progress indicators, to drive feature adoption.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and various product teams (Manage, Grow, Payments, Accounting) to align onboarding experiences.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of owning onboarding or activation experiences end-to-end with measurable impact.
- Experience defining activation metrics and using data to identify and close gaps in the customer journey.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority.
- Experience building internal-facing tools for operational or customer-facing teams.
- Must be based in the U.S. or Canada (excluding Quebec).
Nice to have
- Experience in legal tech, vertical SaaS, or professional services contexts.
- Experience in a multi-product company where customers onboard into a platform over time.
- Familiarity with onboarding and analytics tooling such as Pendo, Amplitude, Appcues, or Segment.
