What you will do

• Collaborate with Nurse Coordinators to support existing customers and drive revenue growth.
• Manage patient logistics and provide high-quality customer support to ensure timely testing.
• Identify and nurture patient relationships to influence and schedule ongoing testing.
• Maintain and update business system tools including Salesforce and QlikView.
• Ensure all data and analysis requests are addressed promptly while maintaining strict HIPAA/PHI compliance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inbound and outbound call center.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with an outgoing personality.
• Ability to complete HIPAA/PHI privacy and compliance training within 30 days of hire.
