ECHO Analyst (Connectivity)

What you will do

• Support customer requests for installing, activating, and billing basic connectivity solutions.
• Coordinate customer and carrier onboarding at CME hosting facilities.
• Enter and maintain order paperwork, circuit details, customer forms, data, and contact information in enterprise systems, CRM, SharePoint, Confluence, and tracking spreadsheets.
• Use automation tools for provisioning and troubleshooting connectivity services.
• Create and submit daily change-control requests and consolidate Remedy tickets for internal CME teams.
• Handle basic customer billing inquiries and support connectivity billing procedures.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in network connectivity, telecommunications, or IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of managing multiple client projects in parallel, maintaining CRM records and trackers, and providing concise stakeholder updates.
• Some experience with WAN, LAN, VPN, and cloud connectivity.
• Experience working with telecommunications carriers and data centers on client connectivity solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Singapore - Marina Bay.
