Project Manager (Defence & Security Solutions)

Location: Loyang, Singapore; occasional overseas travel is required for local and international projects.

What you will do

• Drive project delivery from initial sales handover through final field deployment.
• Act as the central interface for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, milestones, and risk registers.
• Protect delivery timelines and financial margins across high-value systems projects.
• Prepare project status reports, technical documentation, risk assessments, and executive summaries.
• Support local accounts and international defence and communications projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, RF Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline is advantageous.
• At least 5 years of hands-on project management experience, ideally with high-value systems in defence, aerospace, or naval communications.
• Must be eligible for or currently hold Singapore Government Security Clearance (G50 / CAT level).
• Excellent communication and technical reporting skills, with a strong commercial mindset.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and support occasional overseas travel.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI, or IPMA certification.
