What you will do

• Lead production operations for electric motors and battery systems manufacturing.
• Provide operational leadership to technician teams through frontline supervisors.
• Identify process gaps and implement scalable workflows and production metrics.
• Partner with manufacturing engineering for equipment bring-up and process validation.
• Manage day-to-day operations to meet safety, quality, and production targets.
• Drive root cause investigations, corrective actions, and 5S operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in complex production environments (Automotive, EV, or Aerospace).
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing production teams or supervisors.
• Demonstrated ability to build structure in early-stage or rapidly evolving environments.
• Must have valid US work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-voltage power systems and EV battery/motor manufacturing.
• Familiarity with MES, PLM, or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of LOTO, arc flash, and manufacturing safety protocols.
• Basic CAD experience (NX, Catia, or Solidworks).
