What you will do

• Create and maintain salary structures for US and Mexico markets to support recruitment and promotions.
• Partner with People Business Partners and TA on offer creation and bespoke benchmarking for new or exceptional roles.
• Lead global compensation projects focusing on job architecture, salary analysis, and title harmonization.
• Execute core compensation processes, including merit cycles, promotions, and pay equity audits.
• Collaborate with People Operations to handle ad-hoc compensation requests and business support.
• Manage and approve compensation transactions within Workday.

Requirements

• Proven experience in compensation or human resources.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite.
• Experience using Workday and working with short/long term incentive plans.
• Strong analytical, research, and project management skills.
• Ability to handle highly confidential data with maturity and professionalism.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
