TL;DR

Location: San Jose, California, United States. Unable to provide work visa sponsorship.

Salary: $150,500 - $180,000

What you will do

  • Deliver business intelligence across People Team functions and business customers to support global strategy.
  • Develop visually compelling reports and dashboards using expertise in quantitative analysis.
  • Translate data analysis into actionable recommendations for People leaders to guide workforce growth.
  • Promote and maintain data quality through the reporting pipeline between People, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Support People-related programs and ad hoc analytical requests as needed.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in People Analytics or a similar analytical field.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data analysis into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and high integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience in HR disciplines such as compensation, recruiting, benefits, or compliance.
  • Proficiency with Workday, Greenhouse, and various People Systems.
  • Advanced statistical analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python.
  • Interest in the integration of AI into HR processes.
