What you will do
- Design, implement, and refine analytics solutions to measure and improve interactions performance (e.g., cycle time, due date achievement, fulfillment rate) and identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop end-to-end dashboards and monthly/quarterly insights packs, including root cause analyses, emerging trend identification, and highlighting areas of success and opportunity.
- Analyze and reduce friction in the end-to-end inquiry process (e.g., analyst availability, reschedules, time lost clarifying coverage).
- Establish architecture and measurement for webinar performance, defining KPIs and identifying bright spots.
- Automate dashboards, reports, and analyses to improve scalability and efficiency; execute iterative, incremental delivery.
- Coach a team of 2–3 members and collaborate with IT, Interactions Operations, Content Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Global Product Management.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive business experience in advanced business analytics, complex problem solving, and business strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (statistics, data science, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or operations research preferred).
- Strong technical understanding of data systems and ability to analyze and visualize data.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and applying appropriate models/methodologies while avoiding bias.
- Programming and analytics tools: SQL, Python, and/or R; Power BI for data visualization.
- Ability to lead and coach teams; strong verbal and written communication for structured, compelling outputs.

- Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).
