What you will do

• Lead supplier industrialization and quality engineering for electrical and electronic components, including PCB/PCBA and power electronics.
• Troubleshoot complex manufacturing and integration issues on-site at supplier facilities.
• Implement and manage structured problem-solving (8Ds, 5-Whys, Fishbone) and quality standards like AS9100 and AS9145.
• Build and lead technical teams through the OEM production ramp to ensure process scalability.
• Translate complex technical risks into actionable insights for executive leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Supplier Industrialization, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering.
• Deep technical expertise in PCB/PCBA, wiring harnesses, connectors, and semiconductors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• Proficiency in AS9100, AS9145 (APQP/PPAP), IPC-A-610, and IPC/WHMA-A-620.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship is provided.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting FAA/EASA Type Certification (TC) or Production Certification (PC) programs.
• Expertise in assessing supplier tooling, fixturing, and test infrastructure for electrical assemblies.
• Experience using PLM, ERP, and QMS systems to drive data-driven quality decisions.
