What you will do

• Partner with business process owners to assess risk, build controls, and drive remediation across originations, servicing, and payments.
• Manage the incident management process from identification through corrective action and closure.
• Develop and deliver executive-level risk reporting to provide senior leadership with clear visibility into the risk landscape.
• Build and lead a high-performing risk management team.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to define and execute first and second-line accountability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in first-line operations risk management at a bank or financial services company.
• 5+ years of direct experience in a customer operations function.
• 5+ years of experience as a people manager.
• Proven track record of building first-line risk programs from the ground up.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex risk landscapes to senior leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
