What you will do

• Define GSE requirements for aircraft maintenance, servicing, and return-to-flight.
• Translate maintenance and aircraft requirements into technical equipment specifications and site-level needs.
• Manage supplier selection, technical evaluation, procurement, and delivery coordination.
• Lead equipment readiness, receiving, staging, and validation for new operational sites.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Flight Ops, and Battery teams.
• Establish a baseline GSE framework that can be replicated across future sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing engineering, sustainment engineering, or GSE development.
• Experience supporting in-service aircraft in a flight line, sustainment, or operational environment.
• Working knowledge of aircraft mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Unable to provide work visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~10–15%).

Nice to have

• Proficiency with NX, Teamcenter, and SAP MES.
• Experience with eVTOL, Advanced Air Mobility, or battery systems and charging infrastructure.
• International site deployment experience.
• A&P certification or equivalent aviation maintenance background.
