Salary: $144,000 - $188,000

What you will do
- Build, maintain, and fly new and existing subscale aircraft.
- Develop and execute test plans for ground, flight, and component level testing in conjunction with other engineering teams.
- Schedule and manage test campaigns.
- Prepare and lead flight briefs and debriefs for subscale test campaigns.
- Report and communicate test results.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in flight testing or a related field.
- Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical engineering.
- Excellent fixed wing and rotary wing RC piloting skills.
- Proficiency with Solidworks and demonstrated ability to fabricate small unmanned aircraft.
- Current FAA Part 107 license.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience with subscale and fullscale eVTOL flight test.
- Proficiency with Matlab.
- Experience with rapid manufacturing.
- Pilot license.
