What you will do

  • Manage PayOps escalations as the primary point of contact for Customer Success and Support teams.
  • Lead end-to-end merchant rate review processes, including data analysis and stakeholder communication.
  • Resolve complex payment-related support tickets requiring deep processor or product expertise.
  • Maintain operational continuity through process monitoring, data hygiene, and exception handling.
  • Create and update operational documentation for escalations and rate review decisions.
  • Identify and report recurring operational patterns to leadership for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in payments operations, fintech, or SaaS customer operations.
  • Hands-on experience with payment systems, processors, and onboarding workflows.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM for case management.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with PaySimple or similar payment platforms.
