What you will do

• Draw, specify, and order photolithography masks for Suss Aligner, Nikon, and ASML toolsets.
• Apply CAD transformations (sizing, curvature, linear shifts) to photomask geometries and sketch designs.
• Collaborate with Wafer Product, R&D, and Slider Advanced Air-Bearing teams to ensure documentation meets SOP standards.
• Maintain large CAD libraries with over 150 layers to ensure high-yielding read-write transducers.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding toolset qualification, grade specifications, and delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Bloomington, MN, USA.
• Project experience involving multi-layer CAD usage and solutions.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work independently.
• BS degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor or wafer manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, DraftSight, Solidworks, Pyxis, or L-Edit.
• Knowledge of SAP for purchasing and data analysis using SQL and Excel.
