TL;DR

Location: Onsite (5 days/week) in San Francisco or New York

Salary: $175,000 – $265,000

What you will do

• Build and own core product features powering thousands of parallel AI agents.
• Translate real business needs from enterprise customers into reliable, scalable software.
• Design and implement backend systems and data pipelines built for massive scale.
• Ship end-to-end features in a SaaS environment with tight customer feedback loops.
• Collaborate with the engineering team on architecture, product decisions, and technical direction.

Requirements

• 4+ years of backend or full-stack experience (Mid) or 6+ years with deeper architectural ownership (Senior).
• Strong fundamentals in backend and systems engineering.
• Experience owning core product or infrastructure in a SaaS or platform environment.
• Must be based in or willing to work in-person 5 days a week in SF or NYC.

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
