Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Torrance, California (expected 4 days per week)

Salary: $122,430 – $224,500 USD + Equity

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Develop robust APIs and user experiences to support critical business functions.
• Design and evolve relational and NoSQL data models supporting large-scale manufacturing applications.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Robotics, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and design reviews.
• Promote engineering best practices and drive continuous improvement in development processes.

Requirements

• Must be able to lawfully access information and technology subject to U.S. export controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant full-stack development.
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
• Extensive experience developing modern web applications using React or comparable frameworks.
• Strong expertise in relational and NoSQL database design and system architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience building platforms for manufacturing, industrial automation, robotics, aerospace, automotive, or defense.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and event-driven applications.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and modern infrastructure platforms.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Integration experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, or MES.
