Mechanical Engineer Associate (Aerospace)

Location: Lexington, KY. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Part-time remote telework available.

What you will do

• Design and execute modifications for various military vehicle and aircraft platforms.
• Create 3D parametric models using CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar software.
• Develop ANSI/ASME Y14.100 compliant engineering drawings.
• Manage the creation, review, and approval of engineering change documentation.
• Support the Special Operations Forces Global Logistics Support Services (SOFGLSS) contract.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen to obtain the required government security clearance (Secret).
• Experience with 3D parametric modeling (CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Ability to create ANSI/ASME Y14.100 compliant drawings.
• Experience with the creation and review of engineering change documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Experience working in an aerospace environment.
• Proficiency with Catia V5, Creo, or SolidWorks.
