What you will do

• Define the global partnership roadmap across financial and strategic verticals.
• Architect complex deal structures including economic modeling and risk assessment.
• Own the global partnership operating model, including governance forums and value-tracking mechanisms.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Legal.
• Establish KPIs to provide executive visibility into pipeline health and partner performance.
• Advise the VP of Financial & Strategic Partnerships on high-priority special projects and org planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Corporate Development, BizOps, or Partnership Strategy.
• Proven track record in building scalable governance processes in high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical rigor in market sizing and deal economics.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing strategic teams.
• Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and translate complex narratives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in fintech, payments, or embedded finance infrastructure.
• Prior experience as a Strategy Lead, Chief of Staff, or BizOps Leader.
• Background at a top-tier global consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG).
• Experience standing up commercial excellence functions at a global scale.
