What you will do

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals for production and launch.
• Engage with aerospace engineers and operations teams to identify high-value problems and build customer-centric digital solutions.
• Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
• Define detailed requirements and use AI tools to accelerate the prototyping and delivery of high-quality software features.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and ensure successful delivery within budget.
• Monitor key performance metrics to iterate on features and communicate insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience managing products through the full lifecycle.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to influence software architecture and design.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools and emerging technologies for rapid prototyping.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
