What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analytics processes including quality assurance, auditing, and governance to ensure data integrity.
• Analyze customer behavior, feature adoption, and performance metrics to deliver actionable business recommendations.
• Design and maintain scalable dashboards and reports to track KPIs and customer engagement.
• Develop forecasting models to support strategic planning and product utilization analysis.
• Manage data sets and platforms to ensure high-performing, compliant data assets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives and democratize insights through self-service tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of data analysis experience leveraging descriptive and predictive techniques.
• 3+ years of experience working with large datasets and presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Deep understanding of customer journey analytics, KPI development, and data storytelling.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage analytics initiatives from scoping to delivery.
