What you will do

• Lead long-range planning, scenario modeling, and financial strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Act as a key advisor to the CFO and executive leadership on strategic and operational decisions.
• Drive insights across Sales, Marketing, and Product to optimize revenue growth and efficiency.
• Oversee and refine performance metrics including MRR, net retention, and unit economics.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives, new markets, and capital allocation opportunities.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance and operations team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, or Consulting.
• Strong background in SaaS and high-growth technology environments.
• Proven track record of partnering with C-level executives and managing Investor Relations.
• Deep understanding of GTM strategy, pricing models, and core business metrics.
• Experience implementing and using AI tooling to drive business performance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
