What you will do

• Own the financial model, forecasts, and SaaS metrics to provide business insights for leadership.
• Lead future fundraising efforts, manage investor reporting data rooms, and handle diligence.
• Scale and automate the finance function using AI to create a market-leading internal operation.
• Manage cash flow, runway, OPEX, and department-level spending as a strategic business partner.

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI reporting for board and investors.
• Strong strategic judgment and ability to translate complex data into actionable decisions.
• High level of ownership and a hands-on approach to execution.
• Must be based in or able to work in Barcelona (Hybrid).
• Systems and AI mindset with a drive to eliminate manual workflows.
