What you will do

• Serve as the primary helpdesk technician for a global team of technical and non-technical users.
• Manage and configure Apple endpoints and mobile devices using MDM tools.
• Provide operational support and strategic guidance for corporate IT systems.
• Support AV technology for webinars, remote meetings, and onsite events.
• Collaborate with security and engineering teams to automate IT operations and incident response.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and process guides.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing corporate IT systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with macOS and iOS administration.
• Deep understanding of user administration and access control best practices.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms like Jamf and EDR endpoint security tools.
• Working knowledge of office networking and AV systems.
• Must be located in or willing to commute to San Francisco.
