What you will do

• Administer Jamf Pro for macOS fleet and Intune for Windows fleet, maintaining policies, profiles, smart groups, patch management, and compliance.
• Manage endpoint environment, monitor for gaps and issues, and support Zero-Touch deployment for new hires.
• Maintain accurate device fleet visibility across stock, assigned, in-transit, recovery, and returned statuses.
• Own end-to-end device lifecycle: provisioning, staging, delivery, swaps, repairs, offboarding, and EOL processing.
• Handle device recovery through outreach, follow-ups, and disposition, ensuring records consistency across Jamf, Intune, Workwize, and ITSM.
• Provide status updates to IT leadership and partners, communicate blockers, and collaborate on operational improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years in endpoint management, IT operations, or related role
• Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro: policies, profiles, smart groups, patch management
• Hands-on experience with Intune and Windows device management
• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and device enrollment workflows
• Experience managing full device lifecycle: provisioning, tracking, recovery, offboarding
• Local to NYC, available to work onsite 3–4 days per week
• Strong written communication for updates, documentation, and handoffs
• Ability to work independently in a distributed global team

Nice to have

• Experience with Workwize or equivalent ITAM platform
• Jamf 200 certification or equivalent
