What you will do

• Conduct and oversee boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
• Review and analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding project requirements.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior surveyors and crew members.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to safety protocols on-site.

Requirements

• California Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive surveying experience in municipal and land development projects.
• Strong understanding of Northern California municipal standards and mapping requirements.
• Proficiency with modern surveying equipment, software, and data management tools.
• Ability to travel to various project sites with varying terrain and weather conditions.
