What you will do

• Provide functional and technical leadership to a team of AI/ML engineers.

• Oversee career development, merit actions, training plans, and staffing for the team.
• Support product line roadmaps and assist in new business capture activities.
• Ensure adherence to technical standards and processes within classified spaces.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen with an active Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in software-intensive programs.
• Strong understanding of the engineering development process and Agile principles.
• Experience deploying AI capabilities to SAPs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead virtual teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with reinforcement learning, neurosymbolic AI, or level 3 fusion.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Background in high-performance computing (CUDA) and Linux application development.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD) and network messaging protocols.
