Compensation: $251,000 – $335,000 + Equity

• Own the strategy and operating model for the AI Deployment Engineering team.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of high-performing AI Deployment Engineers.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for executive-level customer stakeholders.
• Synthesize customer requirements to influence Research and Applied Product roadmaps.
• Champion the safe and innovative application of AI technology across various industry sectors.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role managing C-level relationships.
• 2+ years of experience leading technical post-sales teams with a proven track record in hiring and development.
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI/ML solutions and network/cloud architecture.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Javascript.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for a hybrid work model.
