Sustainment Control Account Manager Lead (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead a team through program execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial targets.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical scope for control accounts including repairs, spares, and warehousing.
• Develop status reports, forecast values, and update schedules to support management decision-making.
• Present EVMS status and financial performance to executive leadership and external customers.
• Author Basis of Estimate (BOE) documents for labor capture on future scope awards.
• Synchronize material, labor, and travel costs across the F-22 performance-based logistics contract.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related business field.
• Proven experience in team leadership, project management, and Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.
• Experience in business administration, supply chain, finance, or inventory management.
• Demonstrated experience in Basis of Estimate (BOE) authoring or proposal development.
• Strong technical proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM).
• Lean/Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement certification.
• Experience with Performance Based Logistics (PBL) or Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
• Strong data analysis skills for root cause and risk management.
