Salary: $153,415 – $200,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Develop and lead go-to-market strategies for priority state adoption cycles.
  • Design and manage a national adoption operating model to ensure consistent, scalable execution.
  • Build and maintain a multi-year opportunity pipeline mapping competitive dynamics and revenue potential.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across sales, product, marketing, and bid management teams.
  • Establish repeatable frameworks and workflows to improve efficiency and quality of execution.
  • Translate pipeline data and market intelligence into actionable insights for resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or education, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience building and scaling operational processes in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM and data tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel-based modeling.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead large-scale initiatives.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for business needs.
