Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited PMHNP program or ARC-PA program with PANCE certification.
• Unrestricted state license in Utah.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience.
• Full-time residency in the United States.
• Possession of private office space to ensure confidentiality during client sessions.
