Salary: $128,000–$149,150 base salary with no bonus.

What you will do

• Provide direct psychiatric patient care in a fully remote telehealth setting.
• Build supportive relationships and provide peer outreach across the psychiatric provider network.
• Conduct chart reviews and audits covering clinical quality, coding, and documentation.
• Deliver empathetic, direct feedback and translate findings into actionable improvement plans.
• Create clinical guidance, documentation templates, and coaching resources.
• Report to the Associate National Medical Director and collaborate across clinical operations.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in California and active California DEA registration.
• Current PMHNP board certification through ANCC or AANP.
• At least three years of outpatient psychiatric practice experience.
• Prior experience delivering comprehensive psychiatric care in a fully remote telehealth setting, including remote safety protocols.
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric CPT coding, E/M level selection, psychotherapy add-on code 90833, and documentation compliance.
• Experience with chart reviews, clinical feedback, modern EHRs, ticketing systems, and data platforms.

Nice to have

• Active PMHNP licensure in multiple states.
• Experience in quality improvement, chart audits, or peer coaching for independent contractors.
• Experience or interest in AI scribes and AI-assisted chart review workflows.
• Experience writing clinical guidance and documentation resources.
