What you will do

• Own the SAP SD/MM backlog from initial intake through refinement and delivery.
• Analyze business requirements and define functional solutions with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into development-ready specifications and process documentation.
• Assess change requests against the SAP ECC landscape and future ERP transformation roadmap.
• Prioritize initiatives alongside operational support and incident resolution.
• Review solution proposals and development estimates while supporting delivery governance.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP ECC SD/MM in highly customized enterprise environments.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional specification skills.
• Experience managing product backlogs, prioritization, or demand management.
• Ability to challenge requirements and guide stakeholders toward appropriate solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and process modelling skills.
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation programmes.
• Understanding of ERP migration strategies and transition planning.
• Experience reviewing development estimates and supporting backlog refinement.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
