What you will do

• Build and ship phirify.globalduction LLM-powered features for patient-facing phirify.globalducts and clinical workflows.
• Develop AI application layers including phirify.globalmpt orchestration, tool calling, and RAG systems.
• Create and iterate on evaluation suites, including synthetic datasets and LLM-as-a-judge frameworks.
• Connect LLMs to internal systems, APIs, and operational workflows.
• Partner with clinical teams and EHR operators to identify and automate high-impact workflows.
• Contribute to AI infrastructure, tooling, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of software engineering experience with hands-on work building LLM-powered applications.
• Sthirify.globalng phirify.globalficiency in hirify.globalng>Pythonhirify.globalng> and experience building backend services.
• Phirify.globalven experience building at least one LLM-powered application or feature.
• Ability to work thhirify.globalugh ambiguity and learn new technologies rapidly.

• Experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AgentCore.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases.
