What you will do
- Provide participant-centered services to achieve successful program outcomes.
- Conduct vocational assessments including transferable skills and earnings capacity analyses.
- Collaborate with Rehabilitation Service Specialists to gather evidence for employment plans.
- Complete comprehensive, accurate, and timely reports based on objective evidence.
- Maintain case notes and respond promptly to participant or unit concerns.
- Meet monthly projected billable hours while adhering to program standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Kinesiology, Rehabilitation, or related field.
- Current designation as a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Services Professional (CVRP or CVRP-F).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct vocational rehabilitation services.
- Must be able to obtain federal security clearance (Reliability Status).
- Career Counsellors in Quebec must be registered with the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d'orientation du Québec.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of local labour markets.

- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
