Salary: $70,000 base with ability to earn up to $20,000 in incentives; $70,000–$90,000

What you will do

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychotherapy with standard 60-minute intakes and follow-ups.
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals.
• Deliver evidence-based care using structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care).
• Make independent treatment decisions within operational guidelines and weekly availability input.
• Work without inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call responsibilities.
• Use in-house operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.

Requirements

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license.
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except CA, NY, and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload and working in a fast-paced but sustainable outpatient environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making.
• Ability to practice independently (not seeking supervision toward licensure).
