What you will do

• Manage customer accounts and provide quotation support for special accounts.
• Reconcile contracts and specifications, ensuring all changes are documented and approved.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing departments to meet customer requirements.
• Preside over meetings with internal departments and customers to discuss design changes and delivery commitments.
• Issue periodic reports on account status, problems, and action plans to management.
• Ensure product supply timelines are met at a minimum of 90% and resolve customer complaints promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in order management with progressing levels of responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to direct and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Must be available 24/7 for special accounts and emergency coverage.
• Employment is contingent upon a background check, physical, and drug screen.
