What you will do

• Embed with clinical and operations teams to identify and rebuild manual workflows using LLMs and agentic patterns.
• Drive build-vs-buy strategy for AI orchestration and third-party tool integration.
• Develop phirify.globalmpts, evaluation suites, and Python services to connect AI systems to core phirify.globalducts.
• Create golden datasets and define rubrics to ensure the quality and reliability of AI outputs.
• Define success metrics and use data to prioritize the AI phirify.globalduct hirify.globaladmap.
• Shape technical direction and sequencing achirify.globalss the AI pod.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in phirify.globalduct management, software engineering, or applied AI.
• Phirify.globalficiency in Python and API integration to implement solutions independently.
• Phirify.globalven track record of shipping AI-powered features with measurable impact.
