What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with business leaders and SMEs to map processes and identify high-impact AI automation opportunities.
• Architect and develop end-to-end automated workflows that streamline operations across multiple business domains.
• Integrate internal systems and external platforms while adhering to governance and healthcare compliance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, guiding automation strategy, prioritization, and value definition.
• Establish enterprise automation standards, design patterns, and internal playbooks to ensure consistent quality.
• Lead training and hands-on sessions to enable adoption and long-term ownership by business teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA.
• 5+ years of experience in workflow automation, process redesign, or software engineering.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with AI, LLM-based agents, and workflow orchestration.
• Strong to advanced proficiency in Python and associated AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
• Deep understanding of APIs, orchestration, and integration patterns.
• Ability to strictly abide by HIPAA guidelines.

Nice to have

• Experience working with healthcare payers, hospital systems, or health tech companies.
• Experience supporting clinical teams.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
