What you will do

• Support commercial transactions attorneys with day-to-day legal operations and administrative tasks.
• Draft, review, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements including vendor, technology, and licensing contracts.
• Coordinate the team’s matter intake process and triage contract requests for attorney review.
• Maintain the contract lifecycle management system to ensure accurate tracking of deadlines and obligations.
• Identify and implement process improvements using legal technology and AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in contracts management, legal operations, or paralegal support.
• Demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract lifecycle management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate with strong academic achievement.
• Must be able to work from the New York office four days per week.
