What you will do

• Perform electronic tests and experiments following established procedures and documentation.
• Troubleshoot electronic systems and assemblies down to the PWA and component level.
• Read and interpret complex schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Operate test equipment including DMMs, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators.
• Repair electrical and integrated circuits while maintaining high quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and collaborate on complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Poway, CA.
• Strong experience in component-level troubleshooting and RF electronics.
• Ability to work with complex avionics test systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience operating standard electronic test equipment.
• Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift schedules.
