Salary: $52,000 – $56,200 per year ($25.96 – $27/hr)

What you will do

• Assemble electronic components, cables, harnesses, and printed circuit boards according to specifications.
• Perform mechanical assemblies including panels, batteries, and servo motors.
• Execute setups and adjustments while maintaining strict tolerances.
• Modify, rework, and reassemble components as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all safety standards and regulations.
• Assist in training lower-level assemblers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant assembly experience.
• Proficiency with tools: hot tweezers, soldering equipment, calipers, and tape measures.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wire lists, and blueprints.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
