What you will do

• Capture and produce photo and video content across member programming, events, and studio activities.
• Edit short-form and long-form content for social, digital, and marketing channels.
• Create supporting creative assets including social graphics, thumbnails, and event promotions.
• Manage production workflows from planning through delivery, including equipment setup and media management.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and editorial teams to bring brand stories to life.
• Identify opportunities for spontaneous storytelling and behind-the-scenes content capture.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in content production, creative operations, or media production.
• Strong proficiency in photography, videography, and editing for social and digital platforms.
• Expertise with professional production equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio.
• Technical proficiency with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Creative Cloud, and related production tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Venice, CA to work on-site at the creative campus.
