Salary: $231,000 - $300,000 annually

What you will do

• Shape and execute the North America pricing strategy across Wholesale & Specialty businesses.
• Partner with executive leadership to optimize portfolio composition and risk-adjusted returns.
• Lead the development and implementation of pricing governance frameworks and methodologies.
• Drive the advancement of pricing analytics using predictive modeling, data science, and AI techniques.
• Modernize pricing infrastructure, data environments, and underwriting workflow integration.
• Build and develop a high-performing pricing organization through talent acquisition and mentorship.

Requirements

• Credentialed Actuary (CAS preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of actuarial pricing and leadership experience within commercial insurance.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience collaborating across underwriting, finance, and risk management.
• Advanced technology knowledge including SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools.
• Proven track record of executive leadership and influencing business strategy.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
• Significant experience in specialty and wholesale insurance markets.
• Demonstrated experience leading pricing transformation or modernization initiatives.
