What you will do

• Provide financial analysis for M&A, capital raising (debt/equity), IPOs, and restructuring within the insurance sector.
• Develop and review proprietary financial models, including DCF, LBO, and relative valuations.
• Lead deal execution by preparing marketing materials, running due diligence, and negotiating legal documents.
• Present strategic alternatives, industry updates, and corporate governance issues to C-suite executives and boards of directors.
• Analyze financial and regulatory statements, debt/equity filings, and actuarial appraisals for insurance clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting plus 1 year of experience, OR a Bachelor's degree in the same fields plus 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience building multi-method valuation models (DCF, sensitivity, Monte Carlo).
• Experience working on M&A, debt restructuring, and capital raising transactions.
• Ability to perform domestic and international travel (up to 15%).
