Salary: $135,000–$170,000 annually plus bonus

What you will do

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered website creation and the end-to-end user experience.
• Manage the full customer journey from intent capture through AI generation, editing, and publishing.
• Integrate and manage third-party AI vendors for site generation, design systems, and content.
• Establish experience standards for AI-generated sites, including layout quality, personalization, and responsiveness.
• Partner with engineering and design to translate AI capabilities into intuitive, guided workflows.
• Drive key success metrics including site creation completion rates, time-to-publish, and customer retention.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with complex, customer-facing products.
• Deep knowledge of the web presence industry, including website builders and hosting.
• Proven experience building products on top of third-party platforms or vendor ecosystems.
• Strong product intuition regarding experience design, workflow simplification, and usability.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication skills for aligning cross-functional teams and leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with conversion rate optimization and user flow design.
• Familiarity with AI integration constraints, API limitations, and scaling AI-driven features.
