Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 USD + bonus eligibility and equity

What you will do

• Manage the monthly close process to ensure timely and reliable financial reporting.
• Optimize accounting practices and transaction workflows to increase scalability and accuracy.
• Operate and optimize finance systems including Workday, Navan, and Expensify.
• Handle general ledger tasks, including payroll, accruals, and debt accounting.
• Collaborate with internal partners to develop creative solutions for business challenges.
• Assist the finance team with annual audits and other large-scale projects.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
• 1-3 years of experience in GAAP or Tax accounting.
• Required experience in Public accounting or SaaS.
• Degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel for data manipulation and reporting.

Nice to have

• CPA or CPA eligible.
• Familiarity with modern tools such as Sage Intacct, Netsuite, Airbase, or FloQast.
