What you will do

• Perform monthly financial close activities for North American business entities.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and analyze profit and loss accounts.
• Prepare and record journal entries and perform detailed flux analysis for North America.
• Maintain internal control documentation and ensure Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
• Research general ledger discrepancies to prevent control deficiencies and support SEC reporting.
• Assist with internal and external audit processes, including indirect tax and 1099 reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 1 year of accounting or finance experience.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and its application to business transactions.
• Strong MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site at the office in Burlington, MA.
