What you will do

  • Lead the enterprise Total Rewards strategy across the global organization, ensuring alignment with business priorities and shareholder expectations.
  • Serve as the senior advisor on executive compensation, partnering with the CPO, CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors.
  • Design and evolve executive compensation programs, including annual and long-term incentive plans and equity programs.
  • Modernize global compensation philosophy, architecture, and pay equity strategies to enable organizational agility.
  • Provide strategic leadership for global benefits, well-being, and recognition programs.
  • Oversee the global mobility function, including relocation, immigration, and international assignment strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from El Segundo, California.
  • Significant experience leading Total Rewards within a complex, global, publicly traded company.
  • Deep expertise in executive compensation, including direct partnership with Boards of Directors and Compensation Committees.
  • Demonstrated success presenting to executive leadership teams and Board-level audiences.
  • Experience leading global compensation, broad-based rewards, benefits, and mobility strategies across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between business strategy, workforce strategy, and Total Rewards.
