Location: Must be based in one of the 40 eligible US states listed in the job description, with a strong preference for Central or Eastern US time zones (CDT or EDT).

Compensation: $125,000 – $155,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the design, development, and delivery of complex front-end features using TypeScript, Angular, and Lit.
• Architect scalable UI solutions and reusable component libraries using Web Components.
• Integrate front-end applications with APIs and collaborate on API contract design.
• Drive performance optimization, accessibility, and UX enhancements across all customer and internal platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers through pair programming, code reviews, and technical guidance.
• Champion engineering best practices in testing, CI/CD, and maintainable architecture.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work full-time in one of the 40 eligible US states.
• Expert proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS/SCSS.
• Extensive experience building applications with Angular (2+) and modern SPA patterns.
• Experience with state management libraries like NgRx or Redux.
• Experience building or composing applications with Web Components (Lit preferred).
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to high-quality code standards.

Nice to have

• Experience worhirify.globalg with Ruby on Rails APIs.
• Familiarity with BEM methodology and Object-Oriented CSS principles.
• Experience contributing to architectural decisions in a high-growth startup environment.
